Hello,
I have an offer to buy the property.
This is a 4-complex with a business by Boucher, the ground floor. so that 4 units of apartments for rent in addition to the acquisition Boucher, currently operated by the vendor.

Before you write, and the sale, do 2 things: you either do not look completely transform the living and, if your bank lends money one way or another on this property. If you have a contract for the business or residence is not important to buy because the bank sent a surveyor, and if you try to achieve this goal through a residential property and the evaluators considers it a commercial property, not receiving your loan. Talk talk to your bank to the city and then make your decision. What type of contract is used, makes no difference.

I think you should use a form of buying a family home or multi-format, if there is such a thing. You might think that banks are currently with the zoning of the city if they were intelligent, but who knows what the banks are doing for us. : P
